We’ve rolled out another update to make your system clearer when it comes to banned and archived users for you and your clients.

When you ban a user or a company, you don’t want them to have access to the system anymore. Now, that’s clearer than ever. Not only do we still block their access completely, but we also now have a banner to make it clearer to Contractors and direct them to the appropriate next steps.

This applies to archived users as well.
