Approval Notes box

You asked for the ability to add notes when approving a project, and now you can!

Whether you’re approving a project with outstanding credentials or approving a project that’s fully ready to go, you can now add Additional Approval Notes during the approval process.

These notes are for internal use only and will only be visible within the system to your team. They provide a useful way to record any additional context, comments or information relating to the approval.

Project Bookmarking

You can now bookmark projects!

Working on something important and need to keep a close eye on its progress? You can now bookmark a project so it’s easier to find and keep track of.

This is the initial stage of this functionality, with further enhancements planned. As part of the upcoming Alerts upgrade, we’re working on the ability to subscribe to bookmarked projects and receive alerts about their progress.

For now, bookmarking provides a simple way to keep the projects you’re most interested in easily accessible.
