Additional/Restricted User Dashboard for 'My Projects'

Introduce a dedicated “My Projects” dashboard view for additional/restricted users which automatically filters and displays only the projects they are directly linked to, assigned against, or responsible for within the system.

This dashboard would provide users with a clearer and more focused workspace by removing visibility of unrelated projects and allowing quicker access to the projects relevant to their role. The feature could potentially include project status visibility, upcoming actions, expiry indicators, and quick navigation links to associated permits, bookings, or documentation.

This would be particularly beneficial for organisations managing large numbers of concurrent projects where users only require visibility of a smaller subset relevant to their operational responsibilities.

Problem Statement
