Add inductions to the Matrix

Add employee and contractor inductions as a visible item within the People Matrix, allowing users to view induction status alongside existing competencies, training, and certifications.

Requirements:

• Display assigned inductions within the People Matrix.

• Show completion status (Completed, In Progress, Expired, Not Started).

• Include completion and expiry dates where applicable.

• Allow filtering and reporting based on induction status.

• Maintain consistency with the existing matrix layout and functionality.

Benefit:
Providing induction information within the People Matrix would give administrators and managers a single view of workforce compliance, reducing the need to navigate between multiple areas of the system.
