Archive Expired Documents

When a document has expired and no further updated versions will be uploaded under that specific document category, it should be archived.

When we archive a document ourselves, it should no longer appear on the dashboard as an expired item. Archived documents are no longer active or required, so they should not continue to show as overdue or expired.

This will help keep the dashboard accurate, reduce unnecessary expired document notifications, and ensure users focus only on current compliance requirements.
