Introduce a simplified People Matrix view within the Supplier Portal, allowing supplier company contacts to easily monitor the compliance status of their own workforce.

The matrix would provide suppliers with a clear overview of:

• Staff members linked to their company

• Missing credentials

• Expired credentials

• Upcoming expiries

• Outstanding compliance requirements

The functionality would mirror key benefits of the existing People Matrix while remaining restricted to the supplier’s own organisation and workforce data.

This would allow suppliers to proactively manage their team’s compliance directly through the portal, reducing reliance on client-side administration and improving contractor readiness before work begins.

The feature could potentially include:

• Colour-coded compliance indicators

• Quick upload/request actions

• Expiry filtering

• Search and sorting functionality

• Direct visibility of outstanding requirements

Problem Statement

Supplier contacts do not currently have a simple, centralised way to identify credential gaps across their own workforce within the Supplier Portal.

As a result:

• Client teams may need to manually chase missing information

• Expired credentials can be overlooked

• Compliance updates may be delayed

• Administrative workload increases for both clients and suppliers

This can reduce operational efficiency and slow down contractor onboarding or project mobilisation.

Suggested Improvement

Add a Supplier Portal version of the People Matrix that:
