'Approved by' audit trail

Enable clients to see which user has approved companies on projects. This would allow clients to clearly identify who has overridden required credentials in order to permit non-compliant contractors.

Providing this visibility would improve transparency, accountability and auditing for project approvals, and make it easier for clients to manage compliance risks.
