Procurement notices

ExtraCare asked whether Accord can support Procurement Act notices within the system. Their example was creating a contract details notice when a contract is added and a contract termination notice when a contract ends under the new Act. They are looking at market capabilities in this area, so this may be both a compliance and retention-related use case. In the meeting, we said this has come up before and may be possible via bespoke development, but not as a standard module today.
