Self-configure inductions & assessments

Introduce the ability for authorised users to self-configure inductions and assessments within Heresafe.

This would allow clients to manage and update their own induction content, assessment questions, and related settings directly within the system, without needing to request changes through the Heresafe team.

Problem Statement

Induction and assessment content often needs to be updated regularly as site requirements, safety information, questions, answers, or pass criteria change.

When these updates rely on manual requests, it can create delays and make it harder for organisations to keep onboarding content accurate, current, and aligned with operational requirements.

Suggested Improvement

Add self-configuration options for inductions and assessments, allowing authorised users to manage commonly updated elements such as:

• Induction name

• Expiry duration

• Pass percentage

• Questions and answers

• Acknowledgement text

• Signature message text

• Whether the induction is mandatory

• Allowed attempts

• Whether a signature is required

These settings should be controlled via permissions to ensure only authorised users can make changes.
