Introduce configurable display options for user and contact profile views, allowing users to switch between a visual card layout and a compact list layout depending on their preference and workflow requirements.

The current card-based view is useful for quick visual identification; however, some users managing large numbers of contacts may prefer a more condensed list-style view to improve navigation, scanning, and visibility of information.

The feature could include:

• Toggle between card view and list view

• User preference saving

• Adjustable columns or displayed information within list view

• Faster scrolling and searching for high-volume environments

Problem Statement

Currently, user/contact profiles are displayed primarily in a card-style format with profile pictures. While visually useful, this can become difficult to navigate in environments with large numbers of users or contacts, where a more compact and data-focused view would improve usability and efficiency.

Suggested Improvement

Add a display toggle allowing users to switch between:

• Card view (with profile pictures)

• Compact list view

This would allow users to choose the layout best suited to their operational needs.
